Quick verdict
The E7 Plus is designed for heavy, wide or monitor-dense workstations that benefit from a four-leg frame. Its broad height and desktop ranges are useful, but many normal laptop setups do not need the added cost, weight and assembly of this structure.
Fit and dimensions
FlexiSpot lists a height range of 26 to 51.6 inches and frame width from 38.9 to 62.6 inches. Supported desktops range roughly from 47.2 to 78.7 inches long. Confirm seated elbow height, standing elbow height and available room before ordering.
Load claims
The company lists 540 lb static and 440 lb lifting capacity. These are manufacturer claims, not a reason to ignore balanced load placement, desktop strength or accessory limits. Most workstations are far lighter.

Why four legs
A four-leg base can improve front-to-back stability for deep tops, monitor arms and creative equipment. Floor unevenness, assembly torque, desk height and the selected desktop still affect wobble.
Assembly and ergonomics
The frame ships in heavy packages and requires careful assembly. A standing desk does not automatically create good ergonomics: monitor height, keyboard position, movement breaks and alternating postures remain important.
Bottom line
Choose E7 Plus for a large, equipment-heavy workspace where stability matters. A conventional two-leg frame is likely sufficient for lighter setups and may offer easier assembly and better value.
